Role: The company is currently seeking to employ a Patient Scheduler on a full time basis.
This is a permanent role.
The Patient Scheduler is responsible for daily logistical planning, scheduling and co-ordination of patient visits in accordance with service requirements. Key Responsibilities: Daily logistical planning, scheduling and co-ordination of patient visits.
Management of the daily schedule and onward sharing of schedule to all recipients Accept and process patient referrals maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Dealing with customers, clients, healthcare professionals and colleagues in a courteous, polite and respectful manner, ensuring that the highest quality of service is delivered at all times.
Assist in rescheduling emergency or urgent work requests if and as necessary, helping to provide solutions to problems Represent self in a professional and ethical manner at all times, complying with all applicable company policy and procedures Completing all administration functions as required E.g.
maintaining records, databases, correspondence, scanning and filing. Communicating with other departments to accomplish goals, Applying knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
In addition, we are looking for an individual that has: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to prioritise workload and have excellent attention to detail with a positive, flexible work attitude. Strong, demonstrable numerical and excel skills essential Great attention to detail The ability to multitask on various platforms and projects.
The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Excellent organisational skills A team player is essential Some weekend and evening shifts will be required.
