Paveright is a leading construction company specializing in road paving and infrastructure development.
As a Paver, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
As a Paver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining paving equipment, such as asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
You will work under the supervision of the project manager and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to execute various paving tasks, including grading, leveling, and compacting surfaces.
Your attention to detail and precision will be critical in achieving the desired smoothness and quality of the finished pavement.
Responsibilities Operate and maintain paving equipment, including asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
Work with a team to perform grading, leveling, and compacting of surfaces.
Ensure the proper placement and alignment of materials, such as asphalt, concrete, and gravel.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired thickness and quality of the pavement.
Collaborate with project manager and team members to plan and execute paving tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of paving equipment.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paver or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of paving techniques, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
