As a Senior Finance Administrator, your primary focus will be on payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects. You will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for over 300 staff members. Your excellent Excel skills will be put to good use as you monitor the payroll inbox, investigate queries, and complete necessary reconciliations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to grant administration processes. Your commitment to maintaining robust internal controls and audit standards will help foster a strong compliance culture within the organisation.
Support the end-to-end processing and payments of fortnightly payroll and deductions for staff and pensionersEnsure all payroll inputs are accurate & completed on timeMonitor payroll inbox, action & investigate in a timely mannerComplete necessary reconciliations and returns such as Pension and CSO in line with deadlinesSupport the month-end process as requiredDrive compliance and adherence to the policies set down by Revenue and Government BodiesProvide inputs relating to payroll for cash flow forecasting of paymentsAct as key point of contact for various stakeholders including HR, Revenue and external service providersSupport the grant administration processSupport internal and external audits as requiredRequirements of the Finance Administrator Job include:
