Key responsibilities & Duties Ownership of Group Payrolls, weekly, bi weekly and monthly, across multiple Group entities, inclusive of posting journals in the general ledger Cross-functional collaboration with HR team to resolve payroll Issues Payroll reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy Strict adherence to deadlines in the processing and submission of payroll returns Process intercompany manpower recharges on a monthly basis Prepare budget and forecasted Employment Cost reports and submissions for relevant departments Ownership of Employment Costs disclosures in financial statements Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Requirements Professional Skills Significant experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.
