This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities & DutiesOwnership of Group Payrolls, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly, across multiple Group entities, inclusive of posting journals in the general ledgerCross-functional collaboration with HR team to resolve payroll issuesPayroll reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracyStrict adherence to deadlines in the processing and submission of payroll returnsProcess intercompany manpower recharges on a monthly basisPrepare budget and forecasted Employment Cost reports and submissions for relevant departmentsOwnership of Employment Costs disclosures in financial statementsCoordinate with auditors during internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and complianceProfessional SkillsSignificant experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.
