Job Description : Senior People Advisor / Junior Business Partner We are looking for an experienced People Advisor or Junior Business Partner to join our Dublin team. You'll be based in our Dublin Village, supporting our 50 strong Media team, comprising Client Services, Performance, AV, Digital, and Finance, whilst also working closely with the Havas UK and Ireland people team in London. The role provides first line support and expert, commercial advice to employees and managers at all stages of the employee life cycle. The role also includes accountability for delivering projects and initiatives in line with the People and Business strategy.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers. Work closely with the leadership team and line managers to understand and resolve people challenges and issues. Develop strong and trusted relationships throughout the business to enable effective collaboration on all people-related initiatives. Contribute to and drive projects that deliver against the wider Havas UK and Ireland people strategy. Embed change initiatives and help to influence change across the business. Work with the wider Business Partnering team to help manage HR policy and practice, make recommendations in line with changes in legislation and best practice. Work closely with the People Coordinators to ensure all HR processes (including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, etc.) are run efficiently and accurately. Employee Experience Provide a holistic approach to driving employee engagement through different touch points and tools. Employee Relations Keep informed of and understand how to apply employment law in a wide range of work situations. Provide advice and guidance to managers on day-to-day ER issues in line with current employment law, company procedures, and commercial risk. Help to drive a resolution-focused culture and improve business outcomes. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure the very best experience for our new people. Support managers with the recruitment and onboarding process to improve the experience for candidates and new hires. Learning & Development Work with the business to understand skills gaps and learning needs and provide relevant training solutions that meet needs of the business and develop the organisation and individual, with support from the wider Talent and Development team. Work with agency leaders to establish effective performance management to ensure that all our people receive a meaningful performance review, as per the local and global expectations, and that robust development plans are in place for everyone. Support line managers to ensure individuals are supported in their career development. Integrate wellbeing into our culture and strategy. Compensation & Benefits Manage and coordinate key activity including the bonus and salary review processes and annual job evaluation and pay band mapping. DEI Understand the key issues affecting the agency and help to build capability and accountability. Work with the DEI partners and agency leaders to build equality, diversity, and inclusion approaches that positively impact culture and performance. Management of Administrative Processes Work closely with People Coordinators to ensure processes and systems are being fulfilled effectively e.g. New starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions of employment, maternity entitlements, etc. Work with the Comp and Bens team on accurate reporting of people data. Experience Required Proven experience in an Advisor role in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Broad knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation. A proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Able to productively challenge and influence our team and other teams and managers. Able to prioritise well and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Has the ability to provide a solution-focused approach to problem solving, with the ability to find pragmatic outcomes. Shows a commercial approach to managing HR issues.
