People and Culture Business Partner DOCOsoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be an integral member of our People and Culture department, collaborating closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop employee strategies that support organizational goals. Provide expert guidance on a range of employment issues, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning. Act as an advisor in resolving employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices and development of performance improvement plans. Facilitate performance review processes and provide support in setting performance goals and objectives. Develop and implement talent development programmes, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives. Partner with hiring managers to identify resourcing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies. Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate selection to onboarding and integration. Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Identify opportunities for organizational development and change management initiatives to drive business performance and employee engagement. Lead or support initiatives such as culture development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to managers and employees as needed. Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends, recommending changes to policies and procedures as necessary. Skills and Qualifications: Third-level HR qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in HR Management, CIPD qualification). Minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR Generalist or Business Partner providing HR advice and support, with a demonstrable focus on employee relations. Strong understanding of UK and Ireland employment law and best practices. Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. CIPD or similar membership an advantage. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software applications. Who we are: DOCOsoft is a leading software and services provider to Lloyd's of London and the broader London insurance market.
