Personal lines Manager (Clare Branch)Munster Group Insurances Ltd part of PIB group and Campion Insurance are pleased to share the following role within the PIB Group in Ireland based in our Ennis Branch.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility of managing the personal lines team to drive retention, new business, and customer service in the branchDrive Cross Sell Leads between departments Measure performance daily to ensure objectives achieved. Directly accountable for achieving revenue targets  Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating the team. Ensuring quality and compliance targets are achieved such as call scripts and general housekeeping of files are in keeping with insurer requirements Completion of monthly quality audit checks with team members Documented one to one with team members Deal with underperformanceEnsure processes, practices and ways of working are alignedQualifications & ExperienceCIP /MDI/ACII5 years' experience in Car, Home, Van InsuranceAt least 2 years people management experienceSkills Required Ability to recruit, train and develop peopleAbility to communicate effectivelyA team player who earns the respect of all the players in the chainAbility to Understand the Business FundamentalsAbility to analyse data, spot trends and take actionUse initiative and incorporate new ideas where relevant  Drive a motivated team to achieve revenue targets Key Result Areas                        Income generation, Compliance, Quality, Productivity & Customer Service LevelsCollaboration with other departments to help with overall growth of companyPeople DevelopmentTraining and Mentoring Motivation of team members   for more info contact ******
