Roles & Responsibilities:Musgrave Group is now recruiting a Project Information Management (PIM) Product Data Analyst. The main key deliverables and responsibilities are as follows:
Validate supplier inputted product data and enrich with Musgrave specific cross-divisional attributes.Validate that supplier has structured product correctly i.e. case, HOD, single, etc.Identify and stop exceptions outside of agreed tolerances i.e. down weights, barcode changes.Validate logistics, weights, and dimensions related data.Validate product data e.g., no. of items, barcodes, trading manager, stock unit, unit size/measure, country of origin, multipack, basis of unit pricing, intrastat, etc.Confirm product images meet required standards (used for online and planograms).Validate FIR data is fully completed (allergens and nutrition data).Confirm product specification sheet is legible.Send poor quality data back to suppliers for correction.Enrich and validate product descriptions and product brand to match guidelines (used for online, SELs, tills, internal systems, etc.).PIM Training for new and existing Supplier Users.Testing of minor CRs or projects with minor PIM related changes.Provide day-to-day PIM system business support for all internal and external (suppliers) users of One PIM.Management, investigation, and resolution of PIM support tickets raised through Remedy Force.Supporting users in all aspects of using PIM.Re-assigning tickets to the appropriate IT Teams where necessary.Reviewing and actioning product data related system integration failures.Fixing 'broken' products in PIM following user errors.Setting up new supplier and internal users on PIM.PIM training for new and existing supplier users.PIM training for the divisional PIM trainer(s).Testing of minor CRs or projects with minor PIM related changes.Based on product volumes on a given day, focus will shift between data validation & enrichment and supporting users.Minimum Requirements:The successful candidates will possess the following:
Strong focus on data, understanding the importance of high-quality product data and the downstream impacts.Ability to follow a pre-defined set of rules that need to be applied consistently.Knowledge of the PIM (Stibo) system and PIM product structures.Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks concerning data and to escalate where necessary.Broad product knowledge across Retail and Foodservice categories is an advantage.Ability to engage and work with key business stakeholders including Divisional Trading & Suppliers.Knowledge of at least one Divisional Trading System (GOLD / BCP & MIPS) is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Soft skill requirements: problem solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.Our Location is Cork and Dublin.
