Construction implements and executes upon the work product developed by the Development & Engineering (D&E) team.
The team also manages Vantage's build partners to success through technical feedback and review, and actively participating in review of schedule and budget.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for Developing policies and procedures for scheduling and facilitating user training with our internal and external stakeholders.Prepare fully resource and cost loaded schedulesDevelop P6 cloud training guidelines and roll out to teams.Contribute to the development of planning and sequencing of activities from concept through commissioningDefine activities and associated scope, durations, logic, and interface between activities and resource loading of those activitiesDUTIESCreate, review, and analyze critical path schedules independently, in an efficient and comprehensive mannerDevelop comprehensive plans that communicate the programs, projects, and strategic goalsRepresent a realistic and feasible planning approach for our One Design programCommunicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project's goals (verbal, written, graphically)Monitor schedule performance data, develop complex data analysis, and issue schedule reports required by management and project procedures Understand principles of cost estimating and productivity in establishing schedule parameters (duration, cost, and resource loading, etc.
)Investigate and incorporate project constraints in planning effortPerform Time Impact Analysis and Claims analyzationHost and train teams on pull planning.Monitor schedule performance data, develop complex data analysis, and issue schedule reports required by management and project proceduresDevelop schedule variance analysisWork with vertical peers focusing on continuous improvement to our business processesRun schedule risk scenarios based on Monte Carlo and other risk analysisJOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Quantity Estimating, Accounting, Finance relevant or relevant functional discipline or equivalent combination of education and 10 years related experienceData Center experience is strongly preferred, but not requiredUnderstand the Critical Path Method of scheduling theoretically and as it applies to projectsAbility to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all levels of designExpert knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6, latest Version)Expert knowledge and extensive experience using Microsoft Office software tools, such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and WordThe amount of travel required is expected to be less than 5% but may increase over time as the business evolvesWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
