Planner

AA Euro Group have been retained to hire a Planner for a large data centre project in West Dublin, for the main contractor.

The Role:

Assist in managing and updating the Project Construction Programme. Develop short-term, area, and trade-specific programmes. Support integration of procurement and information schedules within the overall Project Construction Programme. Prepare weekly progress reports for issue to the Contracts Manager and Client. Assist in developing progress monitoring techniques. Support manpower and cost loading of the Project Construction Programme. Monitor and report on Earned Value and produce progress S-Curves for internal and external reporting. Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall Project Construction Team. Track and report on supplier and subcontractor design, approval, and off-site production progress. Collaborate with the Design Manager to manage and update the Design Programme. Attend Client progress meetings, Subcontractor/Supplier meetings, and Lean Planner / Pull Programming sessions. Monitor original vs. actual schedules and assist in preparing as-built programmes. Requirements:

3rd level qualification in Construction or related field. 3-6 years of planning experience on large-scale construction projects. Proficient in Primavera P6 software. Experience with Asta Powerproject and MS Project is an advantage. Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
