Plumbing Site Supervisor

Plumbing Site Supervisor Dublin / Kildare Flexible Salary (DOE) Our clients arerecruiting for experienced Mechanical Site Supervisors to work within their Construction team.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of Mechanical Services and Installations of all projects.
The position is full-time permanent positions, that offer an excellent overall package along with working in a position which will offer genuine career progression.
Main duties: Ensure Mechanical works is compliant with specification and planning of works.
Liaison with Site Operations Manager/ Contract Managers.
On site performance, progress, records, issues, correspondence, applications.
Organise direct and sub contract labour.
Supervise direct and sub-contractors.
Organise materials procurement schedules/call offs.
Be able to produce weekly progress reports.
Attend and contribute to weekly site meetings.
Understand and educate Site Operatives on H&S protocols.
Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in Site Supervisor / Manager or similar position.
Plumbing and M&E related background.
Industry relevant NVQ Level 3 and above qualification.
Strong understanding of contracts and relevant regulations.
Focus on deadlines and commitment to programme delivery.
Willingness to travel between sites across the greater Dublin area.
