The Project Engineer will Plan and Drive Engineering Changes supporting Sustaining Engineering projects from initial Change Request though execution and full manufacturing/distribution channel implementation.
Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities: Manage, in some cases execute, Engineering Change deliverables through all steps of the Change Process.
Lead the Engineering Change cross functional team in communicating and tracking defined deliverables.
Work closely with Technical SME to ensure all tasks are identified and planned appropriately.
Assess the impact (risk, costs, timing) of Change requests.
Schedule regular meetings to ensure all cross functional team members, critical to the Project/Change, are kept informed and are completing necessary actions as assigned.
Work closely with Sustaining Project Management to ensure Engineering Change plans support overall Project Goals.
Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline.
A minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in the Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical regulated industry In depth knowledge of design verification and design controls.
Proven ability of working within an established Quality System.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work progressively as part of a team and on own initiative.
Excellent attention to detail.
