Portfolio Analyst - Energy

On behalf of our client, a reputable renewable energy firm, we are looking to hire an Energy Portfolio Analyst to their Dublin team.  The Role: Analysing and preparing data to support decisions round hedging power through an agreed risk management framework.  Performing regular analysis on the performance of the portfolio to provide information for key management reports.
Strong understanding of energy markets and using this knowledge to enhance day to day activities and analysis.  Support the capacity operational process for the existing portfolio.   Requirements At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in the energy industry.  A primary degree in a relevant numerical/commercial discipline or equivalent work experience Strong numerical and analytical background with excellent attention to detail.  Proficient excel skills with the ability to model effectively and analyse potential strategies in the energy market.
