A well established general dental practice Modern equipment and light and bright premises Dental software Team consists of general dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and support staff Role: Creating duty rotas for Dentists and other staff of the practice Scheduling and confirming dental appointments Filling and maintaining patient medical records Hiring, training and supervising administrative support staff Maintaining a stock list of drugs, stationery and office equipment Managing a record of prescriptions Organising building maintenance, security and cleaning services Ensuring that the practice meets legal, health and safety and other regulatory guidelines Skills: Strong communication skills Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus Must have a good attitude and team player Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken) Previous management experience preferred Comfortable managing an experienced team Business acumen Knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety Enjoy figures - production and bottom line are important, but so is looking after your team and patients Looking for a challenging role Caring, kind, and professional Dental Nursing experience required
