Our Client is currently looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Trade Counter Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and heating, as this role requires a solid understanding of these areas to effectively manage the trade counter and provide expert advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the trade counter, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Provide expert advice on plumbing and heating products to both trade and retail customers.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and ensure the availability of essential products.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide top-quality service.
Lead, train, and develop a small team of staff.
Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements: Proven experience in a trade counter or similar customer-facing role, ideally within the plumbing and heating sector.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
