adds, moves, and changes).Manage process workflows within Xactly for Compensation-related inquiries and provide status updates to Senior-level ExecutivesInstall monthly cadence for Compensation Performance for performance forecast and actuals, including visualization within Einstein DashboardsProject manage deliverables for Commissions to deliver on Monthly Commissions deadlineSupport a sales division with managing their forecast cadence including scheduling AVP level forecast call rollups, reporting on forecast results and deltas, and tracking pipeline activity.Support and manage sales division quota setting and ongoing management.
Maintaining account and territory detailsMaintaining of all sales policies and tools – ensuring that the sales team is leveraging corporate tools and working withing stated policies and workflows.Provide QBR support and creation of materials.Support Sales Plays across the Sales organization through cross functional collaboration.Collaborate with various enabling functions within Skillsoft.
Sales Effectiveness and Enablement as needed to support your respective Sales Leader(s).
Pricing and Commissions teams – collaborate with cross-functional areas to create a streamlined flow of information.
?Skills & Qualifications: 8 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or related fieldsAdvanced analytic skills with demonstrated ability to build budget and planning models in Excel as well as ability to consolidate and leverage data gathered from a variety of systems.Demonstrate ability to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations based of analytical work and data.Knowledge of sales methodology and process including how to leverage best practice forecast and pipeline cadences, sales stages, and performance KPIs.Knowledge and ability to utilize Salesforce.com to drive and inspect sales processes including comfort navigating standard and custom objects as well as acumen with reports, dashboards, and Einstein Analytics.Experience supporting sales leaders managing multiple sales regions and customer segments.Able to work both independently and self-directed as well as part of a broader team.Demonstrate ability to balance multiple conflicting workstreams and still land deliverable dates.Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.FP&A and/or other financial modeling or business planning experience a plus.Bachelor's degree or greater Attributes: Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and competitive drive.Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to make independent decisions.Influential, and enthusiastic communicator.Adaptable, embraces change.Collaborative team player, working across various teams within the organization.Customer service minded.
