The Role Step into a pivotal role as a Principal Electrical Engineer with our client's renowned mission-critical team in Dublin.
Here's your chance to shape groundbreaking electrical design solutions for some of the world's most iconic and large-scale data centre projects.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the design process, producing high-quality deliverables while leading a talented team of engineers.
You'll manage budgets and schedules, ensuring seamless collaboration with project teams and clients.
Beyond technical leadership, you'll also mentor and inspire less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
You'll work closely with senior staff, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to drive project success and maintain the team's reputation for delivering exceptional results.
What You Bring A Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership, with a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng).
Significant experience in electrical engineering within critical systems or data centres, with transferable skills from similar fields considered.
A track record of managing small to medium-scale projects and leading engineering teams to exceed client expectations.Your Expertise You'll be adept at producing detailed electrical designs, from schematics and layouts to calculations and specifications.
You've conducted site inspections, surveys, and contributed to meetings, supporting your teams to deliver superior solutions.
