The Cybersecurity & Trust Engineering team (CSTE) in CST is the central driving force of Engineering and Cybersecurity initiatives for CST and the Microsoft CELA department. The Engineering Excellence (EE) function within CSTE is entrusted with dual essential missions. The first is to instill cohesion, ensure measurable transparency, and uphold accountability across all Engineering and Cybersecurity efforts within CELA, thus propelling Microsoft's Security-First commitment, enhancing our security framework, seeking engineering efficiencies and synergies, and cultivating talent development. The second mission involves EE leading the strategic direction and implementation of services, features, and products that enrich Developer (DevOps) Experiences, underscored by a rigorous commitment to best practices and the forward-thinking integration of AI and other technological advancements.
The CSTE EE function is actively seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Developer Experiences and Quality portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Azure, software and quality engineering disciplines. The candidate will be a dedicated proponent of data-driven transformation, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork, integrity, and accountability. This individual will possess the insight to understand business functions and requirements, effectively translating them into innovative working applications while adeptly managing competing priorities.
