Partner with our Talent Acquisition and local leadership teams to establish efficient processes and guidelines aligned with our global standards. Develop direct search strategies and collaborate with our Talent Brand team on initiatives to amplify Klaviyo's employer brand in Ireland. Create a World-Class Candidate Experience: Take ownership of the full candidate journey, from initial engagement to onboarding, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience. Leverage data and analytics to improve hiring processes, refining our approach to maintain efficiency and quality across all searches. Act as a Klaviyo ambassador, delivering a positive, lasting impression and building strong relationships with candidates and external partners. Foster Lasting Partnerships: Build meaningful connections with candidates, internal leadership, and our People team, bringing empathy and insight into every interaction. Serve as a liaison for external vendors and partnerships, expanding Klaviyo's talent network and brand presence. Grow and Innovate with Us: Embrace continuous learning, bringing fresh perspectives and data-driven ideas to optimize our recruiting processes. Take ownership of your professional growth and achieve new milestones as you contribute to the success of Klaviyo's hiring efforts. What We're Looking For 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with in-house experience in high-growth tech/SaaS companies and strong ties to the Irish market. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex hiring challenges in a dynamic environment. A passion for building processes, setting measurable goals, and creating accountable hiring standards. Adaptability and resilience in balancing multiple priorities, and a genuine enjoyment of recruiting and relationship-building. Eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction; ability to work in our Dublin office three days a week under Klaviyo's hybrid policy.
