Process Engineering Lead Reports to Manufacturing Engineering Manager Dublin 15 Permanent CPL are delighted to once again support our manufacturing client in sourcing their next Process Engineering Lead.
This is a busy CMO manufacturing environment, and the hiring manager is looking for someone that is comfortable with customer interfacing and has a strong understanding of design for manufacture.
You will be an experienced process lead on the site and in time there are additional leadership opportunities to develop and manage a team.
Ideally looking for candidates from a high-volume manufacturing environment, and a strong leader that can manage at multiple levels as well as being part of a team that manages the client relationship from a process engineering perspective.
Key Duties will include:
Leading the startup of new/existing projects optimizing cost, efficiency, and quality.Monitoring the end-to-end change process; troubleshooting problem processes and resolving issues with minimal to zero impact on production throughput.Owning and leading the control and maintenance of appropriate documentation.Developing EC Process KPIs ensuring the full end-to-end monitoring of the ECN process, along with downstream process impact analysis minimizing production problems associated with change processes, and assisting in resolving issues quickly with full root cause analysis.Establishing detailed processes for new product lines; documenting product development and changes; evaluating new product performance; and monitoring new customer-driven processes.The successful candidate will have:
Degree level or higher in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronics, Engineering, or alternative) with 5 years plus process engineering experience.Very strong technical background (Mechanical / Electromechanical / Manufacturing).Excellent collaboration & communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.A strong inspirational leader & excellent team player.A high-paced individual that leads by example, is organized and solution-focused.Overall ability to combine technical, design, and manufacturing skillsets in a high pace, dynamic environment.Utilizes their knowledge and skillset to get the job done with pace, efficiently utilizing all resources available.For a full job description or for a chat on the role, reach out to ******.
