Procurement Administrator

Details of the offer

Procurement Administration Support Monday - Friday 28k -33k Responsible for providing administration and analytical support to the Procurement team in respect of all procurement activities.
Responsibilities: Provide full administration service to the Procurement team Set up Suppliers, Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ's) & Tenders on Proactis and/or eTenders Monitor all stages of the Tender process and provide progress reports Extract and collate support data for evaluation process Prepare and process award and regret letters Provide support and training to staff and contractors.
Issue and monitor Quick Quote/Mini Tenders Provide support on support services, procurement derogation process, and contract administration Support Procurement Team and wider business on management Provide support on Procurement Pre-Planning, Tender Evaluation & Sign Off phases Provide administration and analytical support on Procurement & Category Management Strategies and Initiatives Competencies: Communication, Collaboration, Problem-Solving, Organised, Drive for Results, Execution Excellence, Discretion Relevant qualification in business administration or related discipline to HETAC Level 6 Knowledge and awareness of procurement regulations is desirable Awareness and appreciation of Coilltes business activities Excellent ICT and office management skills If you are a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, then this role could be perfect for you.
