A Typical Day in this role looks like:Collaborating with international market countries to support and execute procurement activities.
Partnering with stakeholders and the Global Procurement organization to align global priorities at a local level.
Implementing sourcing, negotiation, and contracting activities to meet business needs.
Assisting in developing global strategies for procuring services or goods that support Regeneron's objectives.
Conducting data gathering, spend analytics, and utilizing market intelligence to develop business cases.
Understanding local market requirements and ways of working, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and cultural standards.
Working with the International Markets Procurement team to build processes and drive best practices across the organization.
This Role May Be For You:You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across different countries and cultures.
You are adept at negotiating and contracting, ensuring efficient outcomes for the business.
You are comfortable working with sourcing contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems (e.g., Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba), and excel in data analysis and market intelligence.
You are proactive and can operate with integrity and focus in an environment of ambiguity.
In order to be considered for the role, you will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within the Pharma/BioPharma industry.
Experience working in a global setting and supporting cross-functional teams is needed.
Knowledge of supply market dynamics and the ability to use external data sources and supplier engagement are also required.
