As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions. You'll make processes more efficient and scalable, work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations, and proactively minimize operational risk. Externally, you collaborate with our extended workforce partners and internally, you will collaborate across the multiple areas of the Financial Operations team.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with pillar leadership to understand the organization's goals, drive pillar OKR setting, and ensure alignment of pillar OKRs and initiatives with the overall Google Procurement (GPO) Organization strategy.Collect and interpret data to provide insights into pillar performance; generate reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement; drive pillar Monthly Business Review process.Work with pillar leadership to manage and optimize resource allocation, including human resources, budgeting, and systems/tools resources and ensure resources are utilized to achieve GPO and pillar objectives.Support management and tracking of pillar budgets, resource utilization, and evaluate new pillar initiatives to support resource and allocation activities.Collaboration and communication between different functions and pillar teams and serve as a bridge between departments, fostering synergy and alignment in achieving common goals and OKRs.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
