You'll be responsible for: Support the establishment and maintenance of contractual governance throughout the programme/project lifecycle.Liaise with client, stakeholders, project team, and supply chain to ensure compliance with the contract management standards, processes, and systems.Provide advice to the Project Manager and project team on all contract administration issues, including compensation events, early warnings, and applications for payment including final assessment.Prepare communications and instructions on behalf of the Project Manager.Manage and process all contracted related documentation, correspondence, and submittals.Contribute towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures.Support the programme/project performance reporting.You'll need to have: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExtremely collaborative, with the ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivityProven contracts and commercial experience in NEC and an excellent in-depth working knowledge of efficient contract and commercial systems and processes to maximize efficiency and value across the programme/project.A degree in quantity surveying/cost management or equivalent and a professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS.Previous experience in a cost consultancy practice in a similar role along with experience working on infrastructure programmes and projects.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
