Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Engineer to support the manufacturing and testing of medical devices in a regulated, low-volume, high-complexity environment.
You will deliver technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process efficiency, collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams, and contribute to engineering design and product optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for medical device manufacturing and testing in a regulated environment.Develop solutions to improve product reliability and process performance.Collaborate with R&D, operations, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to implement product and supply improvements.Support new product introductions and engineering design changes.Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering (or similar technical degree with relevant experience).At least 3 years of experience in a related field.Strong skills in mechanical/electromechanical/systems design and manufacturing processes.Experience in test method characterization and validation, with statistical knowledge.Desired Attributes: Ability to combine technical, design, and manufacturing expertise in a dynamic environment.Strong project management skills, with experience leading product optimization projects.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and summarize large data sets for decision-making.Creative and proactive mindset.About the Team and Culture:
