We have a young product team with an appetite to learn and we need a Product Lead to help raise the bar on how we operate as a product function in ERS.

The Product Lead is the link between the strategy definition and the product roadmap definition withthe day-to-day execution.
Based on your experience you know what has worked well and what has not worked well in the past and you are keen to guide and support not just the team for which you are responsible but also more broadly within the business.The Product Lead at ERSstays close to the registry sector to ensure that we deeply understand the problem to be solved or the next opportunity on the horizon.
You bringthat contextback to the business to ensure that we are always working on "the right thing".Youwork with peers in development to ensure we are always best placed to capitalise on these opportunities.
