Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Product Portfolio Director is responsible for developing and managing the product strategy and delivery for Honeywell's Managed Services offerings.

Duties ·Define vision for cybersecurity managed security services portfolios, including all aspects of roadmap, investment, and innovation, with specific focus customer value and maximum ROI.
·Using AGILE techniques, guide and execute product planning, including customer goals and business standards for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements.Work with technical teams to make trade-off decisions based on customer requirements, financial goals, and time to market.
·Ensure sales, go-to-market, and commercialization teams are fully enabled to be commercially successful with the product portfolio ·Perform build/buy/partner analysis and identify, develop, and manage strategic resell and OEM partnerships to help fill product line gaps.
·Seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders on how product should be improved.Conduct win-loss analysis and identify lessons learned to improve commercial success, Develop and track key performance indicators to measure portfolio success.
·Be the voice of the customer and product vision.
Influence customers, partners, senior leaders across Honeywell and delivery Honeywell's Cybersecurity vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.Key skills and qualifications ·Bachelor's in computer science, business, marketing, or other technical discipline ·Product/offering management expertise, with managed security services in either a product management or operations role, working with globally-distributed development teams.
·Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a diverse set of stakeholders, influencing and partnering in a matrix organization ·Experience with industrial control systems, process control networks, DCS, SCADA and/or industrial automation a plus.
