My Dublin based client is currently recruiting for a Product Manager (Cloud) to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will be hybrid working.
As a Product Manager you will define and execute the vision and strategy for our product offerings.
Your role involves prioritizing features, managing the product lifecycle, and supporting new product launches, with a strong emphasis on cloud and SaaS-based systems.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive product plans that align with our strategic goals.
This role includes up to 35% travel and fieldwork.
Job Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the development of product specifications by translating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into actionable plans.
Focus on building innovative, competitive, and sustainable product roadmaps with an emphasis on cloud-based and SaaS solutions.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to retirement, ensuring that each stage aligns with market demands and company goals.
Prioritize development initiatives based on market analysis, strategic alignment, and business priorities.
Standards and Compliance: Define product standards, including performance metrics, user interface/user experience (UI/UX) accessibility, and cloud service level agreements (SLAs).
Market Opportunities: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and evaluate new market opportunities that will drive product innovation and business growth.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to ensure our products remain ahead in the market, leveraging input from sales, research, and development teams.
Product Launch and Support: Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring all aspects of product readiness, including documentation, training, and marketing materials, are in place.
Support product introductions by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth market entry and customer adoption.
Stakeholder and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and contribute to business success.
Establish and maintain effective partnerships with current and prospective vendors, ensuring their contributions align with our product goals.
Agile Product Management: Drive product development using Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative feature prioritization Experience Required 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud and SaaS-based technologies.
Experience managing the entire product lifecycle and leading new product development.
Familiarity with product management frameworks such as Pragmatic Framework or similar is beneficial.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance analytical, critical, and creative approaches.
Proven experience in driving product differentiation through superior user experience (UI/UX) design.
Ability to work effectively across different functions and cultures within a global organization.
Experience in analyzing data to create actionable product strategies.
Knowledge of customer feedback processes and quality improvement practices.
Essential and Desirable Skills 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud and SaaS-based technologies.
Educational Requirements Degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field.
