What is the role: The Mortgage Product Management team is responsible for the full End-to-End Product lifecycle across our Group Mortgage brands (AIB, AIB UK, EBS and Haven).
This includes Product Development, Third Party Management, Regulatory Engagement, Product Reviews and Assurance, Complaint Oversight and Management Key accountabilities: Manage the Group's suite of Mortgage products ensuring they meet customer needs, are compliant with their regulatory requirements and compete in the Irish and UK Mortgage Markets.
Lead the delivery of an extensive Mortgage product review and assurance plan within defined timelines.
Lead the design of the Group's Mortgage products, including strategic and regulatory change, aligned to the overall Homes Strategy working closely with the Homes Proposition design team.
Deliver an extensive product development roadmap within defined timelines and budget in a robust and structured manner whilst adhering to relevant Group policies and processes, and particularly those relating to Risk and Compliance.
Collaborate across AIB Group, building strong working relationships with relevant internal cross functional and external stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise to support key programmes and business areas across the bank.
Champion a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose, strategic ambition, and Brand Values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers.
Represent the Mortgage Product Management function at various programme / project working groups and regulatory/industry body meetings.
Minimum criteria: Accredited Product Advisor (Loans) or Qualified Financial Advisor qualifications.
Experience and knowledge in the Irish Mortgage market and an understanding of mortgage regulatory environment.
A minimum of 3 year's proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects to challenging timelines.
Must have demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
Excellent presentation skills - both in the preparation and delivery to senior stakeholder forums.
