The Turbonomic Product Management team is accountable to numerous stakeholders including customers, partners, sellers, enablement, support, etc. globally. Our team needs to make sure we continuously provide these stakeholders with the exact strategy and content needed to facilitate sales, unlock new paths to market, ensure renewals, establish our presence in the market and support existing customers. This position will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing the strategy used by the Product Management team to deliver all of this to our stakeholders. You'll have the vision, execute against it, and measure and analyze results every step of the way to ensure success, make data-informed decisions, and continuously improve your and the team's efforts.

What you'll do:
•Focused on Partner and OEM Operations while collaborating with the engineering, documentation, and design teams.
•Act as a consultant and SME to IBM leaders and peers and help in understanding solutions and feature behavior for various business use cases.
•Deliver technical presentations detailing value proposition of features as well as including the entire software stack.
•Interface with the market, customers, and prospects to understand pain points and opportunities for innovation
•Work across Delivery consultants, Sales, Support and Marketing to gather feedback and clarify product capabilities and strategy.
•Ensure field teams have the content and context necessary to help customers leverage all functionality (new and existing) in your defined area.
•Maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends.
What you'll bring:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably focusing on application development / modernization solutions
•Proficient in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
•Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.
•Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of application modernization solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the value proposition of compilation technologies, communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
•Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
•Experience working in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:• Combine creative thinking and analytics to develop a deep understanding of Turbonomic's business
• Understand the complexity of multiple stakeholders (our target personas) across the buyer journey and use that knowledge to created tailored programs
• Have solid organizational skills, be strategic in your thought processes, and structured in your execution.
