Job Details: Our client is seeking aProduct Owner & Agile Coachfor an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for a full-time position.

Required: 3+ Years of Infrastructure Operations Experience: Proven experience in Infrastructure Operational domains such as Networking, End User Computing, Development, and Cloud.
3+ Years as a Scrum Master: Solid experience in the Scrum Master role, with a track record of successfully guiding teams through Agile processes.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with JIRA, including configuration, workflow creation, and effective project tracking.
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel, fostering collaboration across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, essential for clear and concise information exchange.
Experience and understanding of developing and operating highly critical systems, ensuring stability and reliability in demanding environments.
Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide and coach up to five teams in SAFe Agile best practices, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams to ensure consistent and effective collaboration.
Collaborate with Project Management and Product Owners: Partner closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to align team activities with overall project goals and timelines.
Assist in refining product backlogs, prioritizing work, and ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements to keep all teams focused and on track.
Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the progress of up to five teams.
Collaborate with other teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure that all teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Support Team Leads: Assist Team Leads in managing backlogs, refining user stories, and prioritizing tasks to align with business objectives and customer needs.
Ensure consistency and clarity across all teams by providing guidance and support where needed.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reflecting on team processes and encouraging the adoption of best practices.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and collaboration across multiple teams.
JIRA Management: Leverage JIRA for tracking project progress, managing backlogs, and reporting on key metrics.
This includes configuring JIRA boards, creating custom workflows, and ensuring that all teams effectively utilize JIRA to maintain transparency and productivity.
