Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join operations of our production kitchen.
The Chef will be responsible for ensuring the efficient preparation, cooking, and packaging of large quantities of food, maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
This role involves cooking with a team of kitchen staff, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation and Cooking: Oversee the preparation and cooking of large batches of food according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food products.
Develop and test new recipes for large-scale production, optimizing for taste, cost, and efficiency.
Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with the Production Manager and other departments to plan and execute production schedules. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly. Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills.
