As a Production Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of biotech manufacturing. Our Client are seeking top talent to translate their master production schedule into dynamic daily plans that ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. Why You'll Love This Role: Your detailed planning and scenario modeling will support critical business decisions, driving success and innovation in biotech production. Work cross-functionally with diverse teams to ensure adherence to plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Optimize schedules, address production constraints, and respond to changing demands, making every day unique and rewarding. What You'll Do: Convert the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into detailed, optimized daily schedules that balance demand and capacity. Assist in medium-term planning, conducting scenario analysis to support strategic decisions. Coordinate activities across operations, acting as the key contact for critical planning information. Promote and implement planning improvements aligned with organizational strategies. Perform monthly resource forecasting, ensuring alignment with production needs. Generate and present insightful reports and metrics, addressing production constraints and risks proactively. What You'll Bring: Strong understanding of scheduling processes with a knack for data analysis and reporting. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative and flexible approach. Strong planning abilities and a customer-focused mindset, capable of multitasking efficiently. Your Background: Third level qualification, ideally in Science related field. 2-3 years experience in (bio) pharmaceutical manufacturing required. Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management (e.g APICS, IIPMM) advantageous. Lean/Continuous Improvement Qualifications advantageous. Ready to Make an Impact?
