Production Supervisor

Previous experience in metal fabrication necessary.2 years experience in a people management role in a technical production environment.Experience of production planning and scheduling.Candidate must also be capable of reading detailed technical drawings.Must be computer literate.Production Supervisor DutiesEnsure works are carried out in accordance with processes, completing all necessary documentation and submitting to Production Manager.Plan work activities and employee resources.Conduct regular risk assessments of workshop activities, equipment and processes.Oversee housekeeping and availability of workshop tools, equipment and expendables.Monitoring and reporting on production progress.Liaise with our design department to ensure workshop drawings are accurate and complete.Assist with various other tasks such as troubleshooting for the fabricators, e.g., if additional information is needed from the drawing office to help.Job Location: This role is primarily located at the ProSys Group offices in Carrigtohill, Co. Cork. Occasional international travel to client meetings may be required on an ad-hoc basis. Permanent, Full-Time.
