RoleSupport manufacturing processes and provide process improvements to existing products.Define and validate manufacturing processes for upgraded or new products.Support mechanical/electrical assembly jigs, fixtures, and purpose-built test equipment.Conduct process analysis and product quality reporting.Support engineers and production staff to drive quality standards and improvements.Collaborate with product designers to ensure the product is designed for assembly.RequirementsDegree level in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.Experience in a mid/high volume manufacturing environment is ideal.Experience in structured problem-solving techniques.Practical application of Six Sigma tools, including Statistical Process Control, Gauge Studies, and Process Capability preferred.Experience in business intelligence tools for data analysis desired.Practical application of Industry 4.0 real-time data analytics, including Power BI, SQL, and VBA/Excel.Experience in Lean Projects.Experience in design, validation, and implementation of assembly fixtures.Ability to use and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
