Project Administrator Assistant

My client is embarking on an ambitious programme of projects in maintenance, environmental and major capital areas. The proposal is to create world-class experiences from a mixture of stand and seating type, facilities and F&B offerings, activated through our historic 43-acre campus in Dublin. The stand will enable new levels of experiences in the arena and at an international level, concerts and events of international significance.
This graduate role will contribute to the smooth delivery of project milestones through the provision of essential administrative support to the core Project Team. They will also liaise with key customer groups on effective branding and marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and interest in the new arena.
Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with key customer groups on effective marketing and branding campaigns to maximize engagement and interest.Project meetings - Attend and record accurate meeting notes at official Project meetings. Circulate to all parties in attendance in a timely and professional manner.Procurement - Liaise effectively with suppliers and internal finance department to ensure all purchase orders are raised on time and in line with RDS Procurement Policy.Support the Project Coordinator in the execution and rollout of events.Establish and build positive working relationships with employees as well as external stakeholders.Assist the Project Coordinator and Director of Estates with any other operational duties as and when required.Person Specification Personal AttributesConfident, credible and motivated person with the proven ability to work accurately under pressure to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Proven ability to complete tasks in a detail-oriented, methodical and organised manner to agreed procedures.People-oriented person, tactful and diplomatic enabling him/her to resolve difficult situations as they arise.Qualifications & ExperienceThird level Qualification in Business Administration or Marketing.2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role.Key SkillsEffective communication skills both written and oral.Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.Ability to manage social media channels/campaigns to maximize engagement.
