Job DescriptionOur Client is an Conservation Grade III accredited practice based in Dublin.Preparing planning applications.Producing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages.Attending meetings with clients, and other specialists;Coordinating the work of contractors.Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed time frame and according to specification.Solving problems that might occur during building.Requirements3+ years' post graduate experienceRunning projects and managing a small teamDealing with clientsSite experience is keyAn a keen interest in conservation architecture would be beneficial for the roleExcellent Knowledge of Building and Planning RegulationsRevit and or/ CAD.
We work in both and will provide training if neededResidential experiencePackage€50k - €65k negotiable for the right candidateExcellent company benefits.
