Your Role and Responsibilities
A Growth Product Manager specializes in driving user acquisition, adoption, and usage growth of the product. You lead growth teams and develop experiments to optimize user onboarding, conversion rates, and retention. You are expected to have a deep understanding of user behavior and digital journey dynamics with the ability to develop and execute the roadmap of growth actions for your product. You are expected to have critical thinking, a user-centric mindset, a data-driven approach and entrepreneurial spirit. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, design and development to ensure product outcomes and growth targets are met.
Defining the PLG strategy, including use case, user personas and try offersSetting overall priority of initiatives, and the execution of experiments and actionsOrganizing weekly cross-functional growth meetings to drive initiatives to outcomesCo-creating the design of entry-level packaging and pricing for new client acquisitionCollaborating cross-functionally on the digital discover, try and buy experiences of the inbound funnel with a focus on trial performanceInterpreting funnel health, trial progression and driving product instrumentation to make data-driven decisions Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting funnel health metrics, trial progression, and utilizing product instrumentation to make data-driven decisions that enhance user onboarding, conversion rates, and retention.
Financial Acumen for Commercial Success: Showcase strong financial acumen with the ability to develop a compelling product business case. Drive commercial success through a profound understanding of impacts to P&L and SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, and NRR.
Experimentation and Optimization: Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and prioritize experiments and actions that optimize the digital journey, user onboarding, and overall trial performance, ensuring continuous improvement in growth metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Prove your ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams. Rely on influence rather than authority to establish a shared product vision. Demonstrate the ability to present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
APM Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Application Performance Management (APM) industry, including key trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to better position the product for success.
