Job Description?Our client is one of Ireland's leading Civil & Building Contractors with operations throughout the country.They are seeking a Project Manager with 5+years experience on civil & buildings projects for a project based in Dun Laoghaire, DublinImplementation of Daily and Weekly ProgrammesResponsible for the day to day managing of the siteMaintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standardsHelp manage project in line with the agreed production targetsManage the workflow of sub-contractors ensuring they're in line with the programme of works on siteProvide clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional manner is essentialRequirements5+ years' experienceStrong time management skills.Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goalsMust have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.Package€70K-€85K negotiable dependent on experienceCompany vehicle, laptop and phonePermanent staff roles with a strong order book
