Job Title: Project Manager (PMO) - Food Industry

Our client, a leading Irish food manufacturing company, is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager to support business growth through effective project management. The ideal candidate will come from a food industry background, have some exposure to manufacturing processes, and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams in the past.
Role Overview:Reporting to the Head of PMO, this role involves managing cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management: Oversee strategic project portfolios and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Project Support: Promote continuous improvement and ensure smooth project execution through structured project management practices.Process Development: Help develop and improve project management processes aligned with the PMO.Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects support the company's overall strategy and objectives.Key Skills & Experience:Minimum 2-4 years' FMCG experience, preferably in food.Strong project management and organisational skills; a project management qualification (e.g., Prince2) is preferable.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Lean/Six Sigma experience is a bonus.Hybrid working offered, with some travel to sites in Ireland and the UK.
