Role: Project Manager Salary: Euros 65,000 - 70,000 Location: Dublin We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our award Winning client just outside of Dublin.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel or construction industry Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
Lead and manage teams, including engineers and site crews.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address issues Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to specifications.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on all sites.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, including progress and any potential risks Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for structural steel installation.
