Job Description In the role of Project Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. Responsibilities Strong and commanding communication to drive Priority 1 Incident calls.Handling high SLA incident workflow.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Set up, maintain and provide oversight on all the Service, including monitoring, health checks, troubleshoot, SLA, KPI, escalation and procedures.Frontend and a single point of contact for underline services to internal and external stakeholders.Drive various service improvements, critical incident closure, communicate to multiple stakeholders.Identify and drive process and tool improvements.Contribute to team activities (regular meetings, publishing weekly/monthly reports).Required Strong experience in Technical Support, Operations for large clients with team leading experience.Good technical background and experience with ITIL process.Worked in a multiple location team environment geographically.Solid technical background, ITIL V3+ Foundation or above certified.Fluent interaction skills as well as presentation and reporting skills.Troubleshooter, organized and able to build and maintain relationships.Ready to work any hours as per business needs.Preferred Domain knowledge of Online, OSS, BSS.Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in various forms personality profile.
