Summary As a Project Manager for MCI, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of MCI Analytics and Insights platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as platform team, data teams, analytics teams, brand teams, and experience managers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product enhancements and deployments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, Salesforce platform understanding and experience, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end MCI projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project progress, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and management. Drive the creation and documentation of project requirements, including business and functional requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications. Conduct regular project status updates, providing detailed reports on project metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success. Manage the implementation and rollout of web analytics solutions, working closely with IT Platform team to ensure optimal system performance and integration. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in analytics and project management, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum of 7 – 10 years of business experience in analytics, consulting and/or enterprise software experience is required, including demonstrated ability of stakeholder management. Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Salesforce with strong focus on Enterprise program management of implementation. Good understanding of Salesforce platforms and tools including a good understanding of the data and analytics domain. Proficient in project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or SAFE implementation while using any industry-specific project management tools. Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information. Demonstrated knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem. Salesforce MCI certification.
