SEPAM/Energy 2 Transition are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Renewable Energy Project-based team in Ireland.
This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful delivery of the project, aligning with our commitment to safety, quality, timing, and environmental standards.

The successful candidate will become the driving force behind our Renewable Energy projects.
You'll be managing a multi-disciplinary team for Transmission & Distribution projects.
You can expect variety and travel, visiting client sites to independently discuss, define, and verify client requirements and reflecting the output in high-quality proposals and reports.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction of the energy substation from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans as necessary to avoid project delays or cost overruns.Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver project components efficiently.Ensure that all project activities adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.Conduct regular site inspections and assessments, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards.Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.Demonstrated experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the construction of energy projects, ideally with a focus on solar energy.If you are interested in this Project Management opportunity, apply now and we will arrange a call to discuss.
