? Role structure:?? Reporting to the Head of PMO with no direct reports.
The role requires extensive cross functional collaboration.
? Role purpose:?? To support the scoping, structuring & execution of projects to support new initiatives & business processes cross functionally, ensuring alignment with our Group strategy? ? Role responsibilities: Portfolio Management Structure & manage departmental and strategic portfolios Generate and maintain clear and concise status reporting & visibility to stakeholders Generate condensed topline updates, when required, to senior management Project support Champion a culture of change across all functions and drive business development through project management methodologies? Utilise a structured project approach to set business project managers up for success.
This includes project charter builds, workplan generation & progress governance Support and drive continuous improvement projects across all functions Support the coordination of collaborative projects within the business Project management process development Where identified, develop a project management process within functions aligned to the PMO (eg.
NPD) Support the functions on key projects to deliver on the strategy Support the functions to enhance the overall process where required Strategic alignment Support project portfolio co-ordination?aligned & underpinning our business strategy Support the governance of divisional strategy with clear functional project portfolio in place to deliver annual objectives? ?
