Position OverviewThe Project Surveyor will support our Project team in the commercial aspects of our business.
They will manage multiple projects ensuring client expectations are met within budget.
Responsibilities Review and approve contract terms and manage commercial correspondence work with legal counsel where required. Attend site meetings for contractual discussions and advise on project issues. Valuing variations and monitoring project performance. Interpret project documentation to identify opportunities and risks. Prepare monthly project reports including JCR's (job costing reports) and place orders in a timely manner for procurement. Demonstrate expertise in dispute resolution and risk management. Assist in improving the supply chain and conducting commercial audits. Produce cash flows and ensure correct notices are issued as per contracts in place. Collaborate with Project Managers/Engineers and place supplier/subcontractor orders. Prepare and submit client applications and reconcile reports.
