We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of multiple OMC managed developments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to ensure the smooth operation of various residential developments.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesOversee the day-to-day management of multiple property developmentsWork closely with the appointed management company directors to implement and enforce policies and procedures for efficient operationAct as the primary point of contact between Glenveagh, residents, management agent and the management companyFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationshipsMonitor and manage budgets for each development, ensuring financial goals are metCollaborate with accounting and finance teams to handle financial transactions, billing, and reportingEnsure routine maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner and to the highest standardsStay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practicesIdentify and assess potential risks to property developmentsImplement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the interests of Glenveagh, residents and the management companiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activitiesPrepare regular reports on OMC operationsMinimum RequirementsRelevant Third Level QualificationPSRA D Licence (an advantage)Proven experience in property management, preferably in a role overseeing multiple developmentsStrong understanding of property laws, regulations, The MUDs Act and industry standardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in financial management and budgetingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProblem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressureBenefitsCompetitive salary in one of Ireland's fastest growing PLCsComprehensive health insurance for you and your dependentsContributory pension schemeAn exciting Wellness Programme with events and activities running throughout the yearAccess to our Digital GymHybrid working environmentEmployee Assistance ProgrammePerformance related bonusRegular compensation reviewsLong term illness coverPeace of mind with life assuranceSave as you earn schemePaid maternity leave, as well as paternity leave for fathersIf you're cycling, we've got you covered on the cycle-to-work schemeGlenveagh is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates from all sections of the community.
