Essentials: 1+ year of Property Management experience in Ireland; PSRA license or eligible; Full Driver's License & Personal Vehicle
Location: Limerick
Salary: Up to €40,000
Package: Mileage & Further Education Support
Progression: Up to Senior Property Manager
Reporting to: Director & Senior team members
Our client, a trusted property management company with decades of expertise in the Limerick region, is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:Oversee a portfolio of residential & commercial properties and block developments, ensuring they are compliant, well-maintained, and fully occupied.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.Handle tenant-related processes, including leasing, renewals, and conflict resolution.Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and internal teams.Organise and attend AGM meetings for Owners' Management Companies.Monitor and manage property accounts and financial performance.If you're interested or would like to find out more, please apply directly or contact ****** or +353 1 578 9566.
