Public Relations Manager

You will be involved in every aspect of campaign management, from strategic planning and budget oversight to media relations and campaign evaluation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for PR, a strong network in the media industry, and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments to drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the full management of individual PR campaigns across consumer, corporate, and CSR communications, from inception to delivery of results.Develop strategic PR plans, including internal and external stakeholder engagement, and manage key relationships.Draft, edit, and issue press materials and a variety of written and digital communications.Conduct campaign reviews and analytics, demonstrating strong ROI and effectiveness of each campaign.Collaborate with key internal departments (CSR, Property, Purchasing, Sponsorship) to identify and develop newsworthy angles and generate positive media coverage.Engage proactively with key media contacts on a daily basis to build and maintain strong relationships.Maintain an up-to-date contact database across all relevant media sectors.Produce reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.Assist the wider Communications team with internal communications, social media, stakeholder engagement, and events as required.What You'll Need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the PR field is essential.In-depth knowledge of the Irish media landscape and strong relationships with key media contacts in both corporate and consumer sectors.A passion for news, storytelling, and the ability to effectively communicate key messages to media and stakeholders.Strong interest in the retail supermarket industry is preferred.Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.A full driver's license is essential.What You'll Receive: €50,000 rising to €63,000 after 3 years.20 days per annum, rising to 25 days after two years.Private Medical InsuranceCompany pension scheme after one year of service.Flexible start and finish times, with the opportunity for up to 2 days remote working per week.Initial training and ongoing development from an experienced team.Excellent opportunities for career growth, with high performers invited to join our Leadership Academy.Modern office facilities with free parking, on-site gym, and canteen.Mobile and broadband discounts with Three network.If you are a PR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we would love to hear from you.
